Our commitment to quality and craftsmanship at Kenmore Homes has earned us a prestigious reputation among our peers in the London, Kitchener/Waterloo, and Niagara/St. Catharines area, as well as several awards of excellence from both local and national organizations.
In 1995 Kenmore Homes earned the Canadian Home Builders’ SAM Award, recognized as Multi-Family Builder of the Year for our On-the-Henley Project in St. Catharines. In 2001, we received the Niagara Home Builders’ Award for Innovation, Creativity and Excellence for the Best Multi-Family Condo or Townhouse Project for our Greystone-on-the-lake development in Niagara-on-the-Lake. Our most recent award was presented to us by the Waterloo Home Builders’ Association for our model home located in the Tidewater Place subdivision. This design won the in the Most Outstanding Single Family Home Design on a 45’ lot category.
Our continued commitment to exceptional customer service has also provided us with an “Excellent” rating by the Tarion Warranty Corporation (formerly Ontario New Home Warranty Program). We feel that our unique product and sales services allow us to be recognized by the community and our colleagues as a premiere homebuilder in Ontario.

Our qualified Kenmore staff members meet with clients to personally guide them through the sales process from start to finish. These meetings provide clients with a chance to learn about their new home and choose from a variety of customizable options. We feel that this personal interaction between the site supervisor, service manager and our clients allows us to build strong ties with our customers before, during, and after the sale of the home. We strive to create close relationships with customers during the initial building stages so that after-sales services can be designed to meet the individual needs of each homeowner.
